The Orchards is a
condo / townhouse complex in Marlboro, Monmouth
County, NJ. In the late 1980's to the early 1990's, 182 homes
were built in The Orchards.
Located off of Robertsville
Road, The Orchards offer easy access to Route 9 and Route 18.
The homes are either 2 or 3
bedrooms, some have a fireplace, most have a one car garage.
The homes are mostly 2 level townhouses with a few single level
condos.
School age children will
attend Marlboro School District and the Freehold Regional High
School District.
The association fee is $250
per month. This includes common area maintenance, exterior
maintenance, garbage collection, snow removal, tennis, basketball, a
playground and a pool. Pets are allowed.
